Wes is a founder, investor, and the CEO of Novva, as well as the former CEO and founder of Utah-based C7 Data Centers (acquired by DataBank in 2017). With 35 years of experience working in the tech industry — including 15 years in the data center industry — Wes has a deep bench of tech knowledge including semi-conductors, desktop software, network software and hardware, web security, consumer products, and data centers.
Cory is a founder, investor, and the CFO of Novva, as well as the former CFO of Utah-based C7 Data Centers (acquired by DataBank in 2017). Cory has been involved with many enterprises throughout his career, including WordPerfect, Novell, Phobos, G Code Ventures, and Forum System.
Van has had a successful career in technology, overseeing small and enterprise level technologies for various companies. He has been involved with startups, healthcare, finance, and non-profit organizations since the early 1990’s and is closely involved with the rise of the internet, big bandwidth, mobile devices, cloud services, and big data analytics.
Chandler has eleven years of experience in the industry managing builds, upfits, and retrofits. His approach to design combines user friendly architecture and innovative technologies that deliver colocation data centers you want to spend time in — even though the uptime means you won't have to.
Involved in the IT and data center space for 20 years, Steven has worked on multiple successful startups and enjoys the energy that comes from working with a good team on disruptive projects that challenge his own status quo.
Adam helps navigate Novva’s security and compliance integrity. His career spans a couple of decades in the banking, drilling, and data center industries. He’s most at home in data centers, where he’s energized by the creativity of his peers and the building process.
