Can we use our existing servers and equipment within the private suite?
Our private data suites cater to those organizations that have already built out a physical data framework. Our private suites are shell spaces ready to accommodate your existing assets. Unloading equipment on-site is easy with our loading dock supported by hands-on delivery teams. Once in place, your data framework immediately accesses Novva’s advanced power grid, fully redundant network, and 24/7 security protocols that allow it to operate more efficiently than ever.

How are power outages prevented?
To prevent data loss or damaged equipment, Novva’s infrastructure is designed with N+1 redundancy, which offers immediate backup protection for hardware in the event of power failure. Our backup power system feeds directly into our data center’s power infrastructure.
What network connectivity protections are in place?
Volume-based DDoS protection, redundant network infrastructure, dual cross-connects, diverse carriers, and blended internet via Tier 1 providers provide a seamless service delivery resulting in zero downtime.
How are private data suites more secure than standard colocation?
Private data suites are individual rooms, separated from the open data center floor with dedicated proprietary gear only used by the client. The locked door permits badge-only access and is monitored at all times by CCTV and on-site security personnel. Private suite rooms do not have exterior windows or doors. The construction of the space is consistent with the rest of the data center, which can include “slab-to-slab” construction, roof-to-floor caging, and fire suppression systems – including VESDA for additional security and safety. Private suites can also be accessed via a private corridor bypassing the multi-tenant data hall.
